Well I have been a little under the weather this weekend which has given me a perfect excuse to check out some of my favourite blogs and real estate sites. I stumbled across the following home on www.realestate.co.nz which is an amazing home in Northcote (a suburb of Auckland). How I would love a property like this!

That certainly is a beautiful home with a fantastic outlook. I spend quite a bit of time on realestate.co.nz, being a Kiwi and all, I like to keep up with what house prices are doing back home. Auckland has it's share of very tasteful homes.

Oh I am a NZ property stalker too. I have 'Baileys' book marked. I love the architecture in Auckland and at one stage a few years ago, convinced hubby that we might have to move there. Hope you feel better soon. I empathize... I have been crook with a horrid cough since February...and go up and down in health... probably have pneumonia and don't even know it! A-M xx
