Via House BeautifulAfter a busy week, we spent the day at our kids swimming carnival (in the scorching heat I might add). I would do anything to sit out on the deck and have a cup of tea but alas I have two weeks worth of housework to catch up on. Hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Tracey x

What a lovely spot! Do what I do Tracey.... I never have a 'housework day'... it's just a constant 'rotation thing' happening.... oh the bathrooms need doing, oh today... the beds, tonight, the ironing. I had a friend who would almost need medication when her housework day approached and I swore that life is too short to live with that pressure so NO day is a housework day for me! A-M xx
ReplyDeleteNow that I have the luxury of Fridays off, I still find myself doing the Whirling Dervish thing @ the Supermarket on Saturday. MOTH keeps saying why don't I do it Fridays , but I just can't! So he reckons he'll need to call in those people who can deprogramme me!

Its just not fair is it - we work hard all week, only to have spend the weekends doing the housework! I try to do a bit each day too, but then that doesn't always happen.
