I have a thing for beautifully manicured lawns and the tree out the front adds perfection to this already gorgeous home!

I love William Hefner. I Spanish tiles on the roof and the swimming pools remind me of Barcelona for some reason. So beautiful.
I wouldn't be saying "no" to that house...
