The Sign of Civilisation!

A hot shower! This is what I missed most while camping this weeked! So good to be home but still enjoyed spending time with my family in the great outdoors (despite the cyclonic wind and rain)! Tracey xx

Oh I hope you didn't get too drenched. I bet you are loving that hot shower!

Agreed, there is nothing like it. In comparison, when I was a kid, all I looked forward to after a rainy day at school, was a hot bath & warm clean pj's & hot soup. comfort! Hope you had a nice time anyway!

Oh you are a champ Tracey, surviving wind and rain. Cetainly makes one appreciate the comforts of home. Just imagine how those folk on Survivor Samoa felt after weeks of rain and no shelter.... blahhhhh. A-M xx

Welcome back to civilization! :)
Sounds like you had a great time though - despite cyclonic winds and lack of divine showers like your picture.

Loving your blog - new reader, but can see that I will visit often.

Have a nice and dry week.

It is always so nice to make an adventurous trip for a few days but indeed you oh so love to come home and enjoy all the comforts in your place isn't it?

Not one for camping myself...no indoor plumbing would really do me in! Loving that sweet little medicine chest on casters...perfect.

Glad to hear that you survived and that you had a good time! We are thinking of going camping this coming weekend... provided the weather is nice! xx

It's great you enjoyed time with your family, but even so, there is "no place like home". Hope you took a looong time in that hot shower.

There is nothing like a hot shower after being out camping. I am afraid my camping days are over. I have to have room service these days.
